Mudder Up Toolkit

From Beyond Social

'The coolest paint party ever', yells five years old Thomas when talking about the Mudder Up toolkit.

Nowadays children come in contact with a screen at a very young age. This means that they step into a world made up by someone else and no longer create a world of their own, while children have such a rich imagination. I designed this tent in order to give children a space to experiment and to play free. Instead of spending a lot of time behind a screen a child can start working independently with the Mudder Up toolkit.

A white tent easy to build up, different graphic tools, white overalls, a few frames and a fair share of colorful paint. That is what the Mudder Up toolkit consists of. Once inside, every child is free to experiment and explore materials in a playful way. Without any parent being bothered by stains in the living room, because everything remains within the watertight and cleanable groundpad of the tent.

Children can paint, splash and stamp on the tent cloth itself. The sides of the tent are easy to replace and there is a choice of different fabrics for the tent cloth. This way children learn what it is like to work on different surfaces. With the help of frames, they can look for an interesting piece of canvas afterwards. So they choose which parts they want to keep. The toolkit contributes to the creative development of children and provides a lot of fun.
