The second issue of Beyond Social will focus on the question: what does 'Social' mean for social art and design education? The hype around social design has been much debated. Therefor, we are specifically looking for challenging visual and textual contributions that critically respond to the notion social art and design education and give input to the current debate.

We welcome contributions from various disciplines and within diverse types of media (text, pictures, video, sound). Our call is open for students, tutors, research professors, guest tutors, experts and others that feel engaged with social design practices. We are looking for examples of best practices and/or new perspectives on the topic.
