All around the world the information about you is being stored. From Google and Facebook servers all the way to hard drives spinning in the name of Tinder. This information is valuable to these companies because they sell it. The information you create is only lucrative to these companies and not for you. I disagree.
The idea, although very technical, is simple: Datacoin monitors your every digital action and turns it into pieces of personalised data. These pieces I call datacoins, a different kind of cryptocoin. Every coin allows to harbour up to 1mb of data, meaning every megabyte you collect about yourself is a mined datacoin. Sell it or keep it - it's up to you.
