Codes of Conduct

Is there a reason to not mention specifically (names) who the creators of the page are? Just wondering! +1

=Intentions

Perhaps in an attempt to make the changing of intentions over time visual, the old writing shouldn't be removed or adjusted. But instead the new insights can be added so that there will be a sort of archive of the changing perspectives.

Editorial Policy

Respect other beings, present or not, appreciate the content that they left behind and the care that went into its production. - Perhaps it is good to add/clarify that we must not fully delete what other's have written or added to a page? - Before you change something, just connect the original author and give them a heads up because they put all that work in writing that article and it's a bit rude to go around & just change it.

Intentions

++Just because it's not intended to be hurtful, doesn't mean it is not. How do we go about this being a open and safe space for everyone without belittling one group?

++"An attempt to complexify ideas of collective authorship and open-source sharing, to acknowledge that collectivity does not exclude subjective experience and openness does not always protect those who need protection." Maybe this should be written as a rule rather than as a statement.

Communication

++How can the authors keep in mind slurs and other languages that could be harmful and dangerous? ++ [insert email] -->> missing e-mail address?

Communication

++Instead of saying someone should not use acronyms and jargons. Maybe they should explain it in the general sense without having to not use their knowledge simply because it's difficult.

++Be patient. Say please and thank you. This sentence should be rephrased to something more clear. Making it a rule rather than a statement so it doesn't leave too many grey areas.

++ Is there a way of connecting the custodians? Maybe through chat or through mail, it isn't very clear how you can get in touch with those custodians when you have a question

Licensing

Perhaps provide users with additional information re: what each type of license currently used in the website (through the dropdown menu) and what they (legally) entail.

There's also concerns regarding the involvement of the Academy and it's privacy agreement, and the fact that they, legally and technically, own all the work produced within it's strucutre, including this wiki

Visibility

++Do the custodians of the website decide when someone can remain 'invisible'? It seems like a fair option to have of course! But how/by whome is it checked?

Unacceptable behaviour

Suggestion: change the word 'enforcement' to 'consequence (of poor behaviour)'

Behaviour to avoid

- Accept that everybody has their own way of thinking. Don't change something that is correct but doesn't allign completely with your perspective on a subject. +1 - If something is gramatically correct, don't change it just to match writing style. - If you decide to add to or change somebody elses writing, explain your point of view and what you added or changed. ++Is it necessary to be more specific about which behaviour we try to avoid? (e.g. transphobia, homophobia, racism, fatphobia, ableism, xenophobia, islamophobia) -->> or is this intentionally kept vague so that people don't feel censored and have space for learning.

Enforcement

++Are their 'floor angels' to safe guard the online space? Who do you go to when you feel unsafe/harassed? Who safe guards the space?
